Aircraft Crash in Iran: Foreign Ministers of Five Countries Discuss Investigation

The International Coordination Team for Victims of Flight PS752 held an online meeting. The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Canada, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Afghanistan discussed the progress made in the investigation, as well as ensuring that those responsible are brought to justice and that justice is done in the case of the aircraft downing.

The Coordination Group reaffirmed its commitment to continue to work together to achieve the goals of a transparent and fair investigation and the payment of compensation. This will help families get the answers they deserve and alleviate their grief.

The Coordination Group continues to call on Iran to conduct an independent and comprehensive investigation into the causes and factors that led to the downing of the aircraft, in accordance with the standards and procedures set out in Annex 13 to the Convention on International Civil Aviation.
