Celebrating Vyshyvanka Day in Brussels

Every year on the third Thursday of May, we celebrate World Vyshyvanka Day, a holiday dedicated to preserving the Ukrainian tradition of creating and wearing an ethnic embroidered shirt – vyshyvanka.

Dear Ukrainians and friends of Ukraine, on 16 May 2024, we invite you to join the celebration of the Ukrainian holiday by wearing your favourite embroidered shirts!
