Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, says that the so-called “classified military documents” about the plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine leaked online are a forgery and a special operation of the Russian special services.
“In recent decades, the most successful operations of the Russian special services took place in Photoshop. From the preliminary analysis of these materials, we see false figures on losses from both sides. Some of the information is obviously collected from open sources,” he said.
Speaking about the needs of the Ukrainian army, Yusov noted that this topic was discussed a lot at all levels: “It is no secret to anyone that Ukraine raises questions about aviation, tanks, ammunition, and other things that are needed to liberate the occupied territories faster, to save lives. As for everything else, we will wait for official comments. But the Ukrainian society has no reason to worry,” the representative of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine noted.
Yusov added that the counteroffensive would be launched, and the enemy would see and feel on the battlefield the main plans. He also noted that the Russians might have forged documents to disrupt or slow down Western aid to Ukraine.
