Russia’s War in Donbas: “100-for-100” Detainees Exchange to Take Place

Ermak Donbass

Ukrainian authorities prepare the detainees exchange with Russia-backed militants from the occupied territories of Donbas. The President’s Office Head Andriy Yermak reports in a comment to Reuters.

According to him, one expects the exchange to be held by a “100-for-100” rule under the OSCE intermediation.

Tellingly, Yermak did not specify the exact date of the exchange.

“I hope it will happen soon. Probably, during this week,” the President’s Office Head said. He also added that negotiations with the militants on three new areas of the forces separation are in progress.

“Today, we are close to agreement on three or maybe five new sites,” Yermak said.
