Donbas: Russian Occupiers Violate the Ceasefire

War in Donbass

Russia’s armed forces violated the ceasefire four times on 4 October, the Joint Forces Operations Headquarters reports.

Thus, enemy shots with small arms were fixed near Avdiivka and Katerynivka, with an automatic easel grenade launcher – near Vodyanoho. Near the village of Shumy, the enemy opened fire with a grenade launcher and small arms. Enemy shots did not pose a threat to our defenders’ lives and health, so they did not return fire. There were no combat losses or injuries among Ukrainian soldiers.

The Armed Forces soldiers with the State Emergency Service firefighters continue to extinguish fires, mainly near the settlements of Kryakivka, Trokhizbenka, Stary Aidar, Shumy. In addition, 166 military units, 16 units of cars, and engineering equipment took part in the elimination of fires  in the village of Voronovo. Our soldiers helped the locals dismantle the debris in the destroyed private houses and in the village infrastructure.
