Currently, €210 billion of Russian assets lie frozen in the EU, chiefly in Belgium’s Euroclear. Despite proposals to allocate annual profits to Kyiv, Euroclear is withholding at least 5 billion euros, depriving Ukraine of vital resources amidst Russian aggression.
