The militants used unguided S-8 missiles to fire near the town of Pavlopil in the Donetsk region. According to the Joint Forces Headquarters, two unguided S-8 missiles were found on the outskirts of the city near residential buildings and positions of Ukrainian servicemen. Hitting the ground, their warheads broke off. The Ukrainian military reacted quickly and destroyed them.

It is noted that “since the missiles are unguided, it is obvious that the occupiers aimed directly at the settlement”. “By such actions, the invaders once again demonstrated their cynical attitude towards the local population and deliberately endangered civilians,” the statement said.
