Russia Continues Violating Ceasefire: Ukrainian Soldier Wounded in Donbas

On 11 March, the armed formations of the Russian Federation again violated the ceasefire and fired aimed shots on positions of Ukrainian defenders near Novozvanivka in the area of responsibility of the operational and tactical group “North.”

The occupiers used grenade machine guns, grenade launchers of various systems and small arms to shell Ukrainian soldiers. As a result of the enemy fire, a serviceman of the Joint Forces sustained a shrapnel wound. The soldier was promptly given first aid and evacuated to a medical facility. His health condition is satisfactory.

The OSCE representatives were informed about the actions of the armed formations of the Russian Federation through the Ukrainian side of the Joint Control and Coordination Center (JCCC). Representatives of a military unit and a working group of the military law enforcement service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine work at the scene.
