Ukrainian Military to Receive Neptune Coastal Missile Systems in 2021: Video

The State Concern Ukroboronprom and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine have signed a contract for the supply of RK-360 MC Neptune coastal systems to the army in 2021.

The new weapon is one of the key high-tech product platforms of Ukroboronprom.

According to the contract, the Ukrainian army will receive unified launchers, transport and transporter-loader vehicles, as well as a mobile command post, which contains all the information necessary for the operation of the system.

The Neptune system is equipped with cruise missiles that fly at a very low altitude for a distance of about 300 km. The missile’s homing head has extremely high viewing angles and is able to detect and lock on a target at a distance of up to 50 km.
