This will be the first visit of the EU High Representative to Donbas since the beginning of the Russian aggression against Ukraine.

Kuleba and Borrel will hold talks, the key topics of which will be deterring Russia from further aggression, including through tough economic sanctions, promoting a peaceful settlement based on respect for Ukraine’s independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity; as well as implementing humanitarian projects in Donbas, supporting further internal transformations in our country.
