In a combat zone in Donbas on June 11, Russia-backed militants dropped a grenade (probably a VOG-17) from an unmanned aerial vehicle over Joint Forces Operation positions, injuring one Ukrainian serviceman.

This is stated in the joint headquarters of the Joint Forces Operation. It is reported that the militants fired at the positions of the Joint Forces near the village of Pavlopil.

The soldier was promptly taken to a medical facility, where he was treated.

The headquarters say they used the available firepower to give the militants an “adequate response”.

In the fighting zone in Donbas on June 10, militants violated the ceasefire 14 times, injuring two Ukrainian servicemen. Another soldier was wounded on the morning of June 11.
