What qualities help non-governmental organisations adapt to the pandemic and war, and who found it more difficult, how to keep the team focused and where to find additional sources of funding, whether it was possible to keep working with stakeholders and find new partners – these questions formed the basis of a joint study by Vox Ukraine and Promote Ukraine.

Its results and personal reflections on the work were shared by Ksenia Alekankina, head of the research, leader of the Reform Index project at Vox Ukraine, and Yelyzaveta Bezvershenko, coordinator of Promote Ukraine.
