Relatives of missing Russian soldiers have sent more than 20,000 inquiries to Ukraine via Telegram bots and made more than 12,000 calls to the hotline of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

“In March alone, I had 210 prisoners of war identified by their relatives, and about 40 dead [Russian servicemen]. At present, the relatives of servicemen have sent about 20,000 inquiries via the Telegram bots we created. Moreover, they have made 12,000 calls,” Viktor Andrusiv, adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, said.

He stressed that Russian propaganda can no longer hide the losses in manpower sustained during the war in Ukraine from Russians. It happens that the Russian ombudsman sends official inquiries.
