Together with Barreau de Bruxelles and Amnesty International, we announce the Opening of the Centre for the victims of war in Ukraine!

The Center aims to provide legal support to victims of the war in Ukraine.

Belgian and Ukrainian lawyers are taking statements from people who have been direct or indirect victims or witnesses of the crimes committed in Ukraine.

The statements and testimonies collected are intended to support the investigations and prosecutions for war crimes and crimes against humanity before the International Criminal Court and possibly before the Special Criminal Court that may be created in the near future.

The information collected may also be used to file complaints before domestic courts that will exercise universal jurisdiction over those crimes of International Criminal Law.
